Founded in the 1970s, UCD Labour has a historic tradition of student activism on campus and on a national stage. Past members have included Senator Aodhán Ó Riordáin, Senator Ged Nash, Grace Williams and Joe Higgins. The most progressive society on campus, the branch has campaigned tirelessly for causes such as anti-racism, marriage equality, abortion rights and for the total abolition of student fees. We are an active, inclusive and open-minded branch so don’t think twice about getting in touch with us via email, Facebook, Twitter or Instagram to find out who we are and what we’re about.
